1. What is GoodluckCraft?

GoodluckCraft is an online animated greeting card builder. You can add names, write a personal message, choose a background and animation, preview your design and download the finished greeting as a GIF.

2. How does GoodluckCraft work?

Enter the sender’s name and recipient’s name, write your message, choose your colours, font, background and animation, then preview the card before generating the finished GIF.

3. Do I need to create an account?

No. You do not need to create an account to use the greeting card builder.

4. How much does it cost?

Eligible users can create their first greeting card free.

Any price for additional cards will be displayed clearly in the builder before checkout. There is currently no subscription requirement.

5. Is the first greeting card really free?

Yes. Eligible users can create one greeting card free of charge.

The free offer may be limited by the device, browser, internet connection or another technical method used to prevent repeated claims.

After the free card has been used, the current price for another card will be shown before checkout.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

Paid orders are processed securely through Stripe.

The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout. GoodluckCraft does not store your full debit or credit card details.

7. When will I receive my animated greeting card?

Your greeting card is generated after you complete the free or paid creation process.

When generation is complete, the finished GIF will be available for download. A download link may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

8. What file format will I receive?

Your animated greeting card is provided as a GIF file.

GIF files can be shared through many messaging, email and social-media services.

9. Can I edit my greeting card after it has been generated?

Once the final GIF has been generated, further changes may require creating another card.

Before generating the finished GIF, check the spelling of all names, your message, text colours, font size, text position, background and animation.

Use the live preview to confirm that everything looks correct.

10. How long is my GIF stored?

Rendered GIF files and related temporary rendering data are automatically deleted after seven days.

GoodluckCraft does not provide permanent file storage. Download your GIF promptly and keep your own copy on your phone, computer or cloud-storage account.

11. Can an expired download link be restored?

Contact support as soon as possible if your download link stops working.

If the GIF is still within the seven-day temporary storage period, we will try to provide another download link.

After the temporary file has been deleted, it may not be possible to recover it, and the greeting card may need to be created again.

12. Do you offer refunds?

A free greeting card does not involve a payment and therefore does not require a refund.

For paid orders, refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind or mistakes entered by the user after the personalised GIF has been generated.

We will investigate problems such as:

  • The GIF failing to generate
  • A corrupted file
  • A download link that does not work
  • A duplicate payment
  • An incorrect charge

Please contact us promptly and, where possible, within seven days while the temporary file may still be available.

This support period does not affect your statutory rights.

13. What information should I provide when reporting a problem?

Please include:

  • The approximate date and time of the order
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A short description of the problem
  • A screenshot or error message, where available

Do not send your full debit or credit card number.

14. Can I use my greeting card for business purposes?

Yes. A greeting card lawfully created and exported through GoodluckCraft may be used for personal or business communication, including social-media posts, messages, emails, websites, customer greetings, staff celebrations and internal business communication.

You may not resell or redistribute GoodluckCraft templates, animations or design assets as standalone products.

15. What content is not allowed?

You must not use GoodluckCraft to create or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal
  • Contains hate speech or harassment
  • Encourages violence
  • Is defamatory
  • Infringes copyright or trademark rights
  • Invades another person’s privacy
  • Impersonates another person or organisation
  • Is used for spam, fraud, scams or misleading activity

Access may be restricted where the service is misused.

16. Does GoodluckCraft work on mobile phones?

Yes. GoodluckCraft is designed to work on modern mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers.

For the best experience, use an updated browser, a stable internet connection and ensure that JavaScript and necessary cookies are enabled.

Keep the browser window open while the GIF is being generated.

17. Why did the builder or payment form not open?

This may happen because of browser privacy settings, blocked cookies, disabled JavaScript, an advertising or script blocker, an outdated browser or an unstable internet connection.

Refresh the page and try again. You can also try another browser or device.

18. Will the finished GIF have a watermark?

The final exported GIF does not contain a watermark.

A light watermark may appear during the preview stage.

19. Can I share the GIF through WhatsApp?

Yes. Download the finished GIF to your device and attach it to the recipient’s WhatsApp conversation as a media file.

You can also share it through other compatible messaging, email and social-media services.

20. Can I write my own message?

Yes. You can replace the default message with your own words.

Keep the message clear and short enough to display properly on a phone screen. Always preview the animation before generating the final GIF.

21. Can I use different names, colours and backgrounds?

Yes. Depending on the available builder options, you can customise:

  • Sender’s name
  • Recipient’s name
  • Personal message
  • Text colour
  • Font
  • Text size
  • Text position
  • Background
  • Message animation
  • Decorative effects

22. Is my personal information protected?

GoodluckCraft uses service providers and security measures to operate the website, process payments and deliver digital files.

23. Will I receive a payment receipt?

For paid orders, a payment receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

24. Which currency does GoodluckCraft use?

GoodluckCraft primarily displays prices and processes payments in British pounds sterling, shown as GBP or £.

The price and currency will be displayed before payment.
