Refund Policy

GoodLuckCraft lets you create and instantly download personalised animated greeting GIFs. Because each file is custom and delivered immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once a GIF has been generated or downloaded.

That said, we want you to be happy. If something goes wrong on our side, we’ll fix it.

When refunds/re-delivery may be approved

We will re-deliver or refund if:

  • The file fails to render, is corrupted, or the download link does not work.
  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • There was unauthorised payment (e.g., proven fraud on your account).

When refunds are not available

We cannot refund for:

  • Change of mind after rendering or download.
  • User input errors, e.g., misspellings, wrong names, wording, colours, alignment, or design choices set in the builder.
  • Style preference after seeing the final GIF (you can preview before paying).
  • Inability to use the file due to device/app limitations outside our control.

Tip: Use the live preview to check spelling, names, colours, animation, and positioning before payment.

If you have an issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase:

  • Include: order time, email used, a short description, and (if possible) a screenshot or the error message.

We will respond as quickly as we can and either re-deliver your GIF or process a refund if we’re unable to fix the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected. This policy applies to our instant digital products only.

Acceptable Use: What You Can & Can’t Do

We want GoodLuckCraft to be fun and safe for everyone. By using our builder, you agree to the following:

You can

  • Create personalised animated greeting GIFs for personal or business use.
  • Share your exported GIFs via social, messages, email, websites, or internal comms.
  • Use the API (if enabled for you) to deliver greetings to your audience, within fair-use limits.

You must

  • Check your content (names, spelling, wording, colours, positioning) before payment.
  • Respect laws and rights of others (copyrights, trademarks, privacy).
  • Keep API keys (if any) private and respect rate limits.

You must not

  • Upload, generate, or share content that is:
    • Harassing, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, violent, or otherwise abusive.
    • Defamatory, libellous, or invasive of someone’s privacy.
    • Illegal or encouraging illegal activities.
    • Infringing on copyrights or trademarks you don’t own or have rights to.
  • Spam or mass-message recipients without permission.
  • Mislead, impersonate others, or present your GIFs as official endorsements without consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, break, or resell our templates/animations as standalone assets.
  • Use the Service to create malware, scams, or harmful links.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this policy or applicable law. In serious cases, we may report illegal content to relevant authorities.
