1) What is GoodLuckCraft?

GoodLuckCraft lets you create personalised animated greeting cards you can download instantly in GIF format and share anywhere.

2) How does it work?

Type your message and names, choose a background and animation, preview live, then pay per card and download your animated greeting card (GIF) immediately.

3) How much does it cost?

We use pay-per-card pricing (e.g., £0.99). The current price appears at checkout—no subscriptions.

4) What payment methods are supported?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Most major debit/credit cards are accepted. We don’t store your full card details.

5) When do I receive my animated greeting card?

Right away. After payment, your animated greeting card is generated and a download link is provided immediately (and may also be emailed).

6) Can I edit the animated greeting card after paying?

Edits after payment require creating a new card. Please double-check spelling, names, colours, and positioning in the live preview before you pay.

7) Do you offer refunds?

Because this is an instant digital download, refunds aren’t offered for change of mind or input mistakes.
We will help if the animated greeting card fails to render, the download link doesn’t work, there’s a file issue, or a duplicate charge—contact us within 7 days.

8) How long do you store my animated greeting card?

We auto-delete rendered files and temporary data after 7 days. Please download and save your animated greeting card promptly.

9) My download link expired—can you resend it?

If you’re within 7 days of purchase, contact support and we’ll try to re-deliver. After 7 days, files are permanently deleted.

10) Can I use my animated greeting card for business?

Yes—for personal and business use, including social posts, messages, websites, and customer communications.
You cannot resell our templates/animations as standalone assets or claim them as your own.

11) What content is not allowed?

No hate speech, bullying, racism, defamation, illegal content, or copyright/trademark infringement. No spam or impersonation. We may suspend access for abuse.

12) What file format do you provide?

Your animated greeting card is delivered as a GIF file for maximum compatibility with social, chat, and email. (More formats may be added later.)

13) Does GoodLuckCraft work on mobile?

Yes—modern mobile and desktop browsers are supported. If you experience issues, try a different browser or update your current one.

14) Why didn’t the payment form open?

Usually due to browser privacy/cookie settings. Refresh the page and try again, or switch browsers. If it persists, contact support.

15) Will there be a watermark?

No watermark on the final paid animated greeting card (GIF). A light watermark may appear in previews only.

16) Do you have an API?

No. coming soon.

17) Is my data safe?

We use trusted providers and good security practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

18) Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes—We emails a receipt to the mail address you provide at checkout. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact support.

19) Which currencies do you support?

We primarily operate in GBP (UK). Additional currencies may be added over time.

20) How do I contact support?
